Valuations


There are many varied reasons why a property may need to be valued by independent and experienced valuers. Walsh and Monaghan Property Valuers conduct valuations for the following purposes:

  • Mortgage Valuations: these are usually organised directly by the lending authority for finance approval and mortgage insurance if required. 

  • Stamp Duty Valuations: for the purposes of satisfying the requirements of the Office of State Revenue on the transfer of property title.

  • Family Law: valuation of properties to assist in the settlement of Family Law matters such as divorce.

  • Sales/Purchase: used to provide independent valuations of the market value of properties which are being considered for sale or purchase.

  • Probate/Estate: valuation of properties to assist in the settlement of Probate and Deceased Estates.
